Hot milk beverage flavoured with lemon grass UKADA

Preparation Time : 5 minutes

Cooking Time : 10 minutes

Ingredients


Milk	4 1/2 cups
Sugar	3-4 tablespoons
Tea masala	1 teaspoon
Ginger	1/2 inch piece
Lemon grass	1 stalk + for garnish

Method

Heat milk with sugar and bring to a boil. Add tea masala, ginger and chopped lemongrass and simmer for five to ten minutes.Strain into individual teacups and serve hot garnished with a stalk of lemongrass.
