Recipe: Vegetable sweet corn soup
Ingredients: One cup fresh sweet corn, one finely chopped carrot, one tbsp chopped cabbage, half tsp sugar, half tsp green chilli sauce, half tsp soya sauce, one tbsp corn flour, four cups water.
Method: Put the fresh corn in pressure cooker and make it tender. Then put it in a deep pan, mix the corn flour in half cup water and keep aside. Add water, salt, sugar, vegetables and chilli sauce. Mix well and boil, then add corn flour paste and stir. Once it becomes thick and clear, stir in the soya sauce and put off the fire.
