New York - Selena Gomez caused panic among her fans when she tweeted a picture and caption, which some assumed to mean that she had broken up with beau Justin Bieber.
The 19-year-old singer posted the words “Love me not” cryptically on Twitter accompanied by a photo of a pink daisy with all its petals picked off.
However, the ‘Love You Like A Love Song’ made it clear that she and Bieber are still together.
Her message on the social networking site lead Gather.com to post the headline “Did Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez split?”
Several of her Gomez’s Twitter followers also reacted on the post.
Soon, she deleted the caption and posted another photo of a friend in front of a lush flower arrangement.
“Whoa.. I was just picking some flowers with this chick. Smile everyone,” the New York Post quoted her as tweeting.
