Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) is a group which represents record distributors in the US.
RIAA bosses have released their decade list of the bestselling artists and Grammy Award record breaker Beyonce tops both the albums and video certifications as well as ringtone certifications countdown, reported femalefirst.co.uk.
She has received 64 gold and platinum certifications for sales of albums and videos and 19 for ringtones.
