LiLo set to end probation and star on `Glee`

New York -  Lindsay Lohan is set to start preparing for her guest appearance on ‘Glee’ after her formal probation finally ends on Thursday.

She will have her final 14 days of morgue janitorial duty and last five therapy sessions wrapped by Wednesday.

The actress is slated for one of the season’s final episodes of the hit Fox comedy in May, playing herself as a celebrity judge at Nationals, TVline.com reported.

According to her spokesman Steve Honig, she will then jet to Vancouver the first week of May to start filming the Lifetime TV movie ‘Liz and Dick’, in which she’ll play Elizabeth Taylor.

The comeback bid, which started with last month’s turn on ‘Saturday Night Live’, is in full swing after prosecutors and probation officials said they won’t raise any red flags at Lindsay’s court hearing Thursday.

If all goes according to plan, Judge Stephanie Sautner will terminate the star’s 2007 double-DUI case and switch her to non-reporting probation for her 2011 shoplifting conviction.

A last-minute claim Lohan was involved in a recent Hollywood hit-and-run appears to have run out of gas, a District Attorney source said.

“We don’t anticipate requesting any change to what should be a fairly routine matter – moving (Lohan) from formal to summary probation,” the New York Daily News quoted City Attorney spokesman

Frank Mateljan as saying.

“She really buckled down on this. She’s been getting up at 5 in the morning for the community service for a while now. She’s a champ,” Honig said.

He said Lohan, 25, had no plans to “celebrate” Thursday other than holding “her head high.”
