In Rowdy Rathore, Sonakshi to do first item number

The girl-next-door image of Sonakshi Sinha is soon set to change. Sonakshi is all set to scorch the screen with her next film Rowdy Rathore where she will perform on her first item number.

The actress is presently rehearsing for her item number in Hampi where the film is being shot. The song titled Chikni Kamar Pe Teri is composed by Sajid Wajid and promises to be a sexy number. Vishnu Deva, Prabhu Deva's brother is choreographing the number which also features Akshay Kumar.

While Sonakshi has joined the league of top actresses like Kareena, Katrina and Vidya Balan in doing an item number, it needs to be seen whether her song will be as hot-n-happening as the other item girls.
