Kanye West splashing out on lavish gifts to woo Kim Kardashian’s mum

Washington -  Kanye West has reportedly bombarded girlfriend Kim Kardashian's mother Kris Jenner with gifts including a personalised Bentley car worth 200,000 dollars, in a bid to win her approval.

The 35-year-old rapper is said to be determined to impress Jenner, who is also Kim’s manager.

Jenner, who is said to have been unhappy with Kim's public romance, has advised her to keep her personal life out of the spotlight following the breakdown of her marriage to Kris Humphries last October after just 72 days.

''Kanye's trying really hard to get Kim's family on side,” Contactmusic quoted a source as telling the Daily Star.

''Kayne's agreed to appear in upcoming episodes of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' on E! and is laying it on thick to make her mum like him.

''He's been bombarding her with gifts like vintage bottles of wine, bouquets of flowers, jewellery and has now the expensive car,” the source said.

''It's really bling. Kayne's arranging to have Kris's initials sewn into the upholstery, it also has a Swarovski Crystal gear knob.''

While Jenner is impressed by the car, she has reportedly told the couple that it will take more than gifts for her to give their relationship the seal of approval.

''Kris is very grateful, she loves bling, but has told Kim that Kanye's money can't buy her approval,” the source added.
