London - Pop superstar Justin Bieber is reportedly overjoyed to turn 18 because now he can finally oversee his own finances rather than rely on an allowance from his mother.
The ‘Baby’ hitmaker has made millions since he shot to fame in his mid-teens, but had never been in control of his money until he became an adult on 1 March this year, the Daily Express reported.
However, Bieber admits that though he loves splashing out on ‘dirtbikes and motorcycles’, he is still careful about what he spends.
“Everything's changed (since I turned 18). I don't have an allowance any more which is good. I don't have access to all my money but I have a bank account so I can get money out,†h e told Fabulous magazine.
