Andrew Garfield designed skateboard for new Spider-Man flick

Washington - Andrew Garfield has revealed that he designed the Spiderman’s skateboard for his film ‘The Amazing Spider-Man.’

Garfield suggested to the director that the item be included in the movie.

The actor revealed that the movie’s director quickly took on his idea to include the item as a mode of transport for Peter Parker.

“I designed it. It was my idea that Peter skateboarded and luckily [director] Marc Webb put it in the movie,” Contactmusic quoted Garfield as telling E! Online.

“It’s got all my [scientific] equations on it. I thought, He’s a science wiz, so why not have him do work on the board and then scratch it out and then paint it over and then scratch it again?” he added.
