New York, Mar 18 (ANI): Even while he is in hospital after having what is believed to be a mild heart attack, actress Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael refuses to stop talking about her.

According to RadarOnline.com, Michael was rushed to St. Francis Hospital in Long Island on March 16, where he was to undergo an angioplasty procedure on March 17 in which surgeons will place stents to unblock his coronary arteries.

And while he was waiting for the op, he decided to read out to the press a personal message he received from the 'Mean Girls' star.

"I got a text message from Lindsay which read 'OMG. Hope you are okay' and my other kids have all been in contact with me, too," the New York Daily News quoted him as saying.

"The surgeons are hoping this will work but if it does not then I may well have to get an immediate bypass operation.

"This is all down to stress and living a certain lifestyle when I was young stockbroker in New York," he stated.

This is the second time in weeks Lohan has been rushed to a hospital with chest pains.

He previously had what he called a "near stroke" just before he was scheduled to fight in the Celebrity Boxing Federation on March 7. (ANI)
