Dismayed that family members are spread out over the house, each with a separate PC or tablet? Lenovo has something it believes will get them back together — a PC the size of a coffee table that works like a gigantic tablet and lets four people use it at once.Lenovo Group Ltd., one of the world’s largest PC makers, is calling the IdeaCentre Horizon Table PC the first “interpersonal computer” as opposed to a “personal computer.”

Itanagar -  The Adi Tribe of Arunachal Pradesh has created a community biosphere reserve, the first of its kind in India, to preserve their pristine environment and promote eco tourism in the state.

It’s an endeavor by the Adi tribe of Simong village that has brought an international NGO to assist them in creating a Community Biosphere Reserve.

The aim of the Adi tribe is not only to conserve their environment and traditions through voluntary community action but also to tackle the problem of unemployment, by promoting tourism in the region.

“Definitely, if eco tourism is there, if it is flourishing, there will be employment generation, means engagement of the people, the youth and everybody in meaningful activities which means that they will not deviate from other harmful detrimental activities,” said Nalong Mize, member, Future Generations Arunachal

Located on the strategically important Indo-China border, Arunachal Pradesh is home to more than five hundred different varieties of flora and fauna.

Community Biosphere Reserve is a unique initiative as it is for the first time a tribal community in the country has taken such a step.
