Melbourne -  A woman in Australia died when a tow ball used by her car to pull another car broke off and flew through the car's window, hitting her in the throat.

The freak accident occurred in Western Australia.

According to police, the 29-year-old was in the passenger seat of a car with her partner, who was attempting to tow a friend's car out of sand at a beach Saturday.
