Islamabad - The toll in a factory building collapse in Pakistan's Lahore city has risen to 22, among them 16 women.

At least 60 people were working in the three-storey building when it collapsed around 8.30 a.m. Monday after a boiler explosion. The factory produced veterinary drugs.

The factory was in operation for the past 30 years, Xinhua reported Wednesday quoting media reports. Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has ordered a probe.
