“I have no issues today and I congratulate Mr Al-Hamad for being elected as President. I am rather relieved that I will be able to work at the grassroots level in athletics,” Mr. Kalmadi said after losing the vote during the ongoing AAA Congress in Pune.

He said Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav had failed to instil the fear of law in the minds of anti-social elements. A girl living in a relief camp was raped by two youth in Muzaffarnagar. Both have since been arrested. Pathak said the policies of the state government had led to a deep rooted religious divide in western Uttar Pradesh. The post Akhilesh paying lip service to riot victims: BJP appeared first on IndiaVision News and Information.
