In a huge sigh of relief for Indian boxer Vijender Singh, National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) announced on Tuesday that the boxer has tested negative in the drug test.
Islamabad - The Supreme Court (SC) which resumed hearing of the Asghar Khan case, pertaining to the alleged distribution of funds by the ISI to politicians, declared the report submitted by the Interior Ministry as unacceptable, saying that the report was based on memories of Interior Minister Rehman Malik.
The Intelligence Bureau (IB) also submitted the report related to the alleged distribution of Rs 270 million. The SC ordered the Attorney General to present the reports of Mehran and Habib Bank by May 10.
Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry also directed Salman Raja, the counsel for Asghar Khan, to take the commissions report from Hamid Mir, the host of “Capital Talk†and present them in the court. Hamid Mir was willing to provide the report.
The SC had earlier been informed that reports of the five member judicial commission, which probed the Mehran Bank scandal two years ago, has been misplaced.
