Scot wins court fight over fine for blowing his nose!

London, Feb 27 (ANI): A motorist charged for "not being in control of his vehicle" after he blew his nose while stuck in a stationary traffic has been allowed to walk free.

Michael Mancini had refused to pay 60 pounds fixed penalty following the incident in Ayr, Scotland, last October.

However he was facing court until prosecutors decided to take no further action.

"I'm relieved it's now all behind me and I've cleared my name. I was determined to fight this and go to court because I know I did nothing wrong," the Daily Express quoted him as saying.

Meanwhile, PC Stuart Gray, the officer who handed out the ticket has been dubbed PC Shiny Buttons for his diligence.

He made news last year after he issued a 50-pound fixed penalty to a man who accidentally dropped a 10-pound note in the street.
