In a huge sigh of relief for Indian boxer Vijender Singh, National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) announced on Tuesday that the boxer has tested negative in the drug test.
Islamabad - The United Nations has declared Pakistan a poppy-free country, but said it is used as a route for smuggling of drugs worth 30 billion dollars from Afghanistan.
UN representatives said Pakistan is a major route for the smuggling of Afghan drugs and its provinces- Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa- have been facing a challenge in this regard, reports The Nation.
The UN said in its report that one-third of Afghan drugs are smuggled to other countries via Pakistani coastal areas of Balochistan.
