JuD questions UN inaction over plight of Muslims in Burma

Islamabad - Jamaat-ud-Dawa district chief Hafiz Shakirullah has said the United Nations' inaction over the atrocities by Buddhists against Muslims in Burma reflects the double standards of the organisation, and is testimony to the fact that it is a puppet in the hands of America.

He urged the Muslim world to unite to confront the conspiracies anti-Muslim forces.

"Only unity will help the Muslims to cope with the well-conceived conspiracies and regain its lost glory," The Nation quoted him, as saying.
