Washington - President Barack Obama used a profanity to describe Republican presidential rival Mitt Romney during an interview, calling him a ‘bullshiter’.
In an interview with the Rolling Stone magazine, Obama touted his popularity among young Americans, saying he’s a ‘killer’ with kids aged 6 to 12.
“They look at the other guy and say, ‘Well, that’s a bulls****er, I can tell,’†he said.
According to the Washington Post, When asked whether he had a message for a six-year-old supporter, Obama took the opportunity to describe Romney as ‘a bulls***ter’.
“You know, kids have good instincts,†Obama said, adding: “They look at the other guy and say, ‘Well, that’s a bulls****er, I can tell.’â€
According to the report, in a recent Nickelodeon kids poll, Obama beat Romney by a huge margin.
Obama also weighed in on teenagers. Asked what Republican Paul Ryan’s enthusiasm for Ayn Rand might mean for a Romney presidency, Obama said you would have to ask the vice presidential candidate.
“Ayn Rand is one of those things that a lot of us, when we were 17 or 18 and feeling misunderstood, we’d pick up,†he said.
“Then, as we get older, we realize that a world in which we’re only thinking about ourselves and not thinking about anybody else, in which we’re considering the entire project of developing ourselves as more important than our relationships to other people and making sure that everybody else has opportunity – that that’s a pretty narrow vision,†he added.
