Melbourne (ANI) - An Aussie women has been jailed for 16 months because she and two others attacked a man, kicked him unconscious and scratched a swastika into his buttocks with a screwdriver.
Briana Rose Murray, of Wanaka, was sentenced in Queenstown District Court this week for injuring with intent to injure in Christchurch in August last year and for a burglary charge in May 2007, reported The Southland Times.
Murray fell in with members of the Christchurch skinhead community and during a drinking session, with two others, attacked a 23-year-old male, pulling him to the floor and stomping on his head up to 20 times, the court was told.
When the victim regained consciousness, he found his pants pulled down and something cutting his buttocks, reports the Daily Telegraph.
It was not clear how many times Murray had kicked or stomped on him, or who scratched a swastika into the man's buttocks with the screwdriver.
The victim suffered blurred vision, a swollen jaw, chipped teeth, cuts and psychological damage.
Judge Dominic Flatley sentenced Murray to 16 months' jail for assault, two months' for burglary and subject to a recall in Christchurch to consider remittance of outstanding fines of 8810 dollars.
