London -  A gourmet restaurant, staffed by inmates, is soon going to open inside a prison in the UK.

The Clink, within the walls of High Down Prison, in Sutton, Surrey, will offer a three-course meal for less than 20 pounds, however, the diners must get Home Office clearance to book a table at HMP Cardiff.

Diners must hand over valuables, undergo a body search and pass through several reinforced steel doors before being seated in the restaurant. Alcohol and mobiles are banned

â€œWe train prisoners to a high level by signing them to diplomas,” the Daily Express quoted award-winning chef Alberto Crisci as saying.
