New Delhi (ANI) - Bollywood actors Anushka Sharma and Arjun Rampal walked the ramp at a fashion show here, showcasing latest animal prints wear and exotic designs.
This event is a part of series of fashion extravaganza to be held at various places across the country to showcase the creations of a dozen designers in 25 shows at six different cities.
Bollywood actors Anushka Sharma and Arjun Rampal were the show stopper at the yesterday's show in New Delhi.
The collection by renowned couture specialist Surily Goel and Nandita Mahtani comprised outfits in vibrant colours.
Anushka Sharma said the fashion designer Surily Goel understands a woman's body and drapes it very well.
"I love the fact that Surily knows, a lot of people really go wrong with drapes and she has done it so right not only this outfit but also the other clothes that I saw on the models, which shows that she understands a woman's body so very well and that comes across in her collections as well," said Anushka Sharma.
"Well, the show is all about safari...but animal prints and it was a mix match of khakis and silvers, golds, beiges, leopards and snake prints," said Goel, fashion designer.
Wife of Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, Suzanne Roshan, who came to witness the show, said that besides Hrithik, Arjun is also a rock star and whatever he wears fits him well.
The fashion tour will feature fashion shows exhibiting designs of renowned couturists such as Ashish N. Soni, Asmita Marwah, Gavin, Milguel, Gunjan, Rahul, Mandira Wirk, Nandita Mahtani, Neeta Lulla, Raghvendra Rathore, Shantanu, Nikhil, Surily Goel, Vikram Phadnis and Wendell Rodricks, among others.
Several celebrities and fashion divas across the country are expected to be a part of this glamorous fashion extravaganza at New Delhi.
The fashion tour will conclude on September 26 in Bangalore.
