Temperature rises, sunny day in Delhi

New Delhi - The minimum temperature in Delhi Thursday morning rose to 8.4 degrees Celsius. A warm and sunny day is expected ahead.

"The day is likely to be warm with clear skies. The maximum and minimum temperatures will stay around 23 and 10 degrees respectively," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official told IANS.

"It could be slightly misty towards the evening," the official added.

The humidity level in the morning stood at 69 percent.

Wednesday's maximum temperature was 22 degrees, while the minimum was 6.7 degrees.
