Sunny day in Delhi

New Delhi -  It was a bright sunny day in the capital Thursday with an increase in both the maximum and minimum temperatures. The met office has forecast a warm but cloudy Friday.

While the minimum temperature was recorded at 8.4 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year, the maximum was one notch above average at 22.8 degrees.

Humidity wavered between a high and low of 79 and 26 percent.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Friday morning will be misty. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 24 and 10 degrees, respectively.
