Government slammed for denying medical certificate to blast victim

New Delhi -  The Delhi High Court Wednesday issued notice to the central and Delhi governments while taking suo motu cognizance of a media report that a non-resident Indian victim of the 2011 bomb blast outside the court was not allowed to visit his family in Toronto in Canada due to lack of a medical certificate.
