BSF trooper found hanging in training campus

Gurgaon (Haryana) -  A Border Security Force (BSF) constable was found hanging from a tree in the training camp of the paramilitary force at Bhondsi centre near here Monday, police said.

According to police, Kamal Singh, 35, constable in Border Security Force’s (BSF) 150 battalion was found hanging from a tree at the training centre in Bhondsi, about 10 km from here.

The case seems to be of suicide, though no note was recovered, said an official.

The deceased was married and hailed from Alipur village in Hisar district of Haryana. He was absent from the morning physical training (PT) course. Later his inmates saw his body hanging, said Arvind

Dahiya, SHO Bhondsi.

On March 18, Kamal returned to the camp after leave and looked disturbed. "We are investigating the case," Dahiya added.
