New Delhi - Ahead of the civic polls in the capital, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Wednesday released its "Vision Delhi-2025" document which envisages urban renewal and world class civic amenities in Delhi by 2025.

"This vision document will be the lifeline of urban renewal and improvement in the quality of life of people in Delhi. If we are voted to power in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), state and Centre, we will adopt the same vision in developing the capital," senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley said while releasing the document.

A world-class broadband network, improved transport, a slum free city, green environment, better education and other civic amenities feature in the 15-page document.

"Due to the rapid pace of economic activity, the capital is going to expand and we need a vision for the overall development of the capital," Jaitley said.
