In a huge sigh of relief for Indian boxer Vijender Singh, National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) announced on Tuesday that the boxer has tested negative in the drug test.
New Delhi - It was a warm yet breezy morning for the capital Thursday with the minimum temperature settling at 32.2 degrees Celsius, six notches above average for the season.
The met department predicted light showers in some areas towards the evening.
"Skies will be mainly clear during the day and may turn partly cloudy towards the evening. Light rains are expected in parts of the city," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures would be around 41 and 31 degrees Celsius in the capital," the IMD official added.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. Thursday stood at 64 percent.
The maximum temperature recorded Wednesday was 40.3 degrees Celsius, six notches above the season's average.
