Chhattisgarh Governor Narasimhan gets additional charge of Andhra

President Pratibha Patil has accepted the resignation of Andhra Pradesh Governor N D Tiwari, says a Rashtrapati Bhavan communique. Chhattisgarh Governor Narasimhan gets additional charge of Andhra. N D Tiwari resigned as Governor of Andhra Pradesh on Saturday, after an expose allegedly showed him in compromising positions with girls at Raj Bhavan. Tiwari, however, cited health reasons for quitting.
