Breezy day in capital, rains expected Saturday

New Delhi - It was a breezy Friday in the capital which ended up being cloudy towards evening with the maximum temperature settling at 32.6 degrees Celcius, a notch below the average for the season. The met department has forecast rains Saturday.

"The sky will be generally cloudy and rains are expected in the city on Saturday," an Indian Metrological Department official said.

The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 33 and 26 degrees, he added.

The minimum temperature Friday settled one notch above the season's average at 26 degrees Celcius, while the humidity wavered between 85 and 65 percent.
