Mumbai, Mar 18 (ANI): A deranged Mumbai advocate shot and killed his 16-year-old female neighbour after a fight over noise here today.

He also fired at a police team and was killed in the exchange of fire.

Sixty-five-year-old Harish Maroliya, who lived in a housing society in Andheri, reportedly fought with his neighbour's daughter over the noise at her residence. The altercation turned ugly and he shot the girl dead.

When a local police team arrived, he fired at them too. The police returned fire, killing Maroliya.

Two policemen injured in the firing have been admitted to hospital. (ANI)
