Call centre cab driver shot dead in Noida

Noida, March 19 (IANS) A cab driver working for a call centre was shot dead by unidentified criminals in Sector 58 early Friday.

Guru Prasad, 38, was shot thrice in the chest at 4 a.m. while he was sleeping next to his Scorpio jeep, parked opposite the call centre.

"We have launched a hunt for the criminals," said SP City Ashok Tripathi.

The victim was an employee of Arena Travels and was currently ferrying the staff of CSC Call Centre in Noida.
