UPA anti-poor, will review support: MayawatiLucknow - BSP chief Mayawati Saturday hit out at the Congress-led UPA government and her party would decide next month whether or not to continue supporting it.

Accusing the Congress of making a "mess of poor people", Mayawati said the central government led by Manmohan Singh was taking anti-poor decisions one after another.

The Bahujan Samaj Party cannot be a mute spectator to them, the former Uttar Pradesh chief minister said.

"First the price hike of diesel, then the LPG rationing and now the approval to allow to FDI in retail," she said.

Dropping enough hints that the patience of BSP was running out, the Dalit leader said she will be hold a protest rally Oct 9-10 and the national executive would meet to review support to the UPA government.

Commenting on six months of Samajwadi Party in the state, Mayawati said Mualayam Singh Yadav had sought six months for his son Akhilesh Yadav to show results.

"I chose not to speak till today. Giving him (Akhilesh) a zero would be giving him high marks," she said, adding there was "jungle Raj" and lawlessness in the state.
