Lukaku seals 18 m pound Chelsea switch London - Chelsea are close to sealing an 18 million pound deal with Romelu Lukaku today.

They will then move to sign Belgian and Genk winger Kevin de Bruyne.

Striker Lukaku, 18, has not officially completed his move from Anderlecht despite training with Andre Villas-Boas' squad for the past week. But all the red tape should sorted today, making him eligible for his debut at home to West Brom on Saturday, the Sun reports.
