'Convicted' Pistorius charged with pre-mediated murder

Johannesburg - The magistrate in the Oscar Pistorius bail hearing has ruled that Pistorius is facing a schedule six offence, making it a pre-mediated murder charge for the Paralympic champion.

According to magistrate Desmond Nair, Pistorius must prove exceptional circumstances for him to be granted bail, News24 reports.

The court was then adjourned, the report added.
