Cricket-India captain Dhoni ruled out of Bangladesh test

CHITTAGONG, Bangladesh, Jan 16 (Reuters) - India captain MSDhoni has been ruled out of the first test against Bangladeshstarting on Sunday through injury, team manager Arshad Ayubsaid.
