Hobart, Jan.19 (ANI) : Excited by his impressive all-round show during the Australian T20 extravaganza, the BigBash T20, Pakistani fast bowler Rana Naved-ul-Hasan is hoping to help his side come good in the forthcoming one-day series against the Kangaroos.

Rana said he is eagerly waiting for the one-day series, adding that he has adapted to the conditions Down Under.

"I'm very confident about my form and fitness and hope to do well for Pakistan in the one-day series. I've adapted myself to the Aussie conditions and am looking forward to the matches against Australia," Rana said.

Rana has won the T20 cricketer of the season award that would be given to him by the Tasmanian Cricket Association for his brilliant performance in the ongoing KFC Big Bash.

Commenting on Pakistan's deplorable performance in the just concluded Test series, which the visitor's lost 3-0, he said the return of experienced players like Shahid Afridi and Younis Khan would help the team a lot.

"We are a very strong one-day side and with the return of top class players like Shahid Afridi and Younis Khan, I'm sure we will give a solid showing in the one-day series," The News quoted Rana, as saying. (ANI)
