Warner warns England pacers 'bowl fast and get smacked for boundaries'

London -  Australia opener David Warner has warned England pace bowlers that the faster they will bowl, the easier it would be for him to smack them for boundaries.

England's four-pronged pace attack of Jimmy Anderson, Steven Finn, Stuart Broad and Tim Bresnan has been told that while they succeeded against the West Indies, they may not against the Australians.

"I'm really looking forward to facing this attack. I think them playing four quicks is better for us. The more pace there is on the ball the better for us. That is how we've always played and we're used to it in Australia," The Daily Mirror quoted Warner, as saying.

"The bounce is going to suit me as well because I can just use their pace. That is the height I like the ball coming to me so if that is their game plan then so be it," he added.

"Personally I think they won't pitch anything full to the batting we've got because I think they are scared of being hit over their heads and back down the ground so we're expecting a lot of short stuff and that is perfect for me," he said.

Warner further said: "Being five foot seven myself, if you look at the likes of Sachin Tendulkar or Justin Langer, we have an advantage because if it is short enough it will be wide or if it isn't full enough we can pull it."
