IPL draws to ringing close with Bollywood and moreMumbai (IANS) The third edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), cricket's biggest extravaganza, drew to a close Sunday night at the D.Y.Patil Stadium in  Navi Mumbai in a melange of glittering lights, Bollywood glamour and sport with stars like A.R. Rahman, Shahid Kapur and Bipasha Basu.

Laser lights crisscrossed the packed stadium with sounds of "Jai Ho" reverberating in the air as music maestro Rahman had the audience tapping its feet.

Then there was actress Bipasha Basu with dancers swaying behind her, doing the round of the stadium in an open truck. And, of course, Shahid Kapoor, setting the tone for the match to come with the challenging "Dhan Te Naan".
