London - David Beckham has revealed that he has never used paddings or shoved socks down his underwear for a photo shoot because he does not need to.
In a surprisingly intimate chat – fittingly conducted over a crisp, white pair of his newly launched H and M pants, the LA Galaxy star insisted that his famous crotch will never be photo-shopped.
While wife Victoria once let slip that her footballer husband loved to wear her knickers, it seems that the footie star is obviously getting on a bit because he’s now more of a long johns man.
“Victoria loves me in long johns,” the Mirror quoted him as saying.
“I like wearing the normal, short briefs but she reckons she likes me better wearing the long johns!
“She makes me wear them around the house... but that’s OK ‘cos they’re comfortable and keep you warm.
“I’ve never, ever done a James [Corden] and padded out my pants, or shoved socks down there though.
“I’ve never had to for any of the photoshoots I’ve done because, hopefully, I don’t need to.
“Well, let’s just say I’ve been told I don’t need any help in that department... I think I’m pretty OK,” he added.
