Trainer Steward says Wladimir Klitshcko better than Lewis in knocking out rivals with single punch

London - Trainer Emanuel Steward has claimed IBF, WBA and WBO World heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitshcko can knockout rival boxers with a single punch, even better than former champion Lennox Lewis.

"Wlad has the best footwork, co-ordination and balance of any fighter I've been with," The Sun quoted Steward, as saying.

"He's the most accurate, single-punch knockout guy I have ever seen. A guy can be completely fine, not hurt, and Wladimir can put his lights out with one shot," he said.

Klitschko, 35, works behind his jab like London-born Lewis did when he reigned as undisputed world heavyweight champion.

The Ukrainian defends his IBF, WBA and WBO world heavyweight titles against Frenchman Jean-Marc Mormeck in Dusseldorf tonight looking for a 50th KO victim in his 60th fight.
