Seemingly unfazed at being ousted from the Asian Athletics Association, scam-tainted Suresh Kalmadi on Monday said losing the presidential re-election bid to Qatars Dahlan Jumaan Al-Hamad has actually given him a chance to work at the grassroots level.
I have no issues today and I congratulate Mr Al-Hamad for being elected as President. I am rather relieved that I will be able to work at the grassroots level in athletics, Mr. Kalmadi said after losing the vote during the ongoing AAA Congress in Pune.

Jason Donovan admits to having ‘done a Rooney’ by getting hair transplant

London -  Jason Donovan has come out in the open admitting that he has undergone a hair transplant just like Wayne Rooney.

The 43-year-old singer’s confession comes after the Manchester United ace publicly told the world about having the procedure.

The former ‘Neighbours’ star owned up to the fact after he was grilled extensively by Piers Morgan during an interview, and said “he’d done a Rooney”.

Donovan was under pressure when being filmed for Piers Morgan’s ‘Life Stories’ and told the studio audience on Saturday night about his treatment.

“I did have a small procedure four years ago and am really happy with the results,” he told the Daily Mail.

“It’s something I did for just for myself and haven’t ever felt the need to publicise it,” he said.

The father-of-three did not comment further on his hair transplant surgery, but it was already visibly thicker when he appeared on BBC’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, last year.

Rooney famously spoke out, last year, about his desire to have more hair.

“Just to confirm to all my followers I have had a hair transplant. I was going bald at 25, why not? I’m delighted with the result,” he said at the time.

The footie star had a follicular transfer in which hairs are moved from donor areas – usually at the back of the head – and then replanted in bald areas.
