In a huge sigh of relief for Indian boxer Vijender Singh, National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) announced on Tuesday that the boxer has tested negative in the drug test.
London - Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand may retire from international football after after failing to make it to the Euro 2012 football squad.
When asked whether he had been omitted from the squad, he replied in the affirmative.
According to The Telegraph, Roy Hodgson, the new England manager, will announce a 23-member squad on Wednesday. Ferdinand, 33, who last played for England in a two all draw with Switzerland in June last year, will now concentrate on extending his career at Old Trafford.
Among the other omitted by Hodgson in the squad are right-backs Kyle Walker, of the Tottenham Hotspurs, Manchester City's Micah Richards and Stoke City striker Peter Crouch.
