President Mukherjee administers oath of office to new ministers in Manmohan Singh-led Cabinet

New Delhi - President Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday appointed and administered the Oaths of Office and Secrecy to the following members of the Union Council of Ministers as advised by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, a Rashtrapati Bhavan communique said.
