SC issues CBI notice over summons to Mittal, Ruia

The Supreme Court Monday issued notice to the CBI on a plea by Sunil Mittal of Bharti Airtel and Ravikant Ruia of Essar challenging their summoning before the 2G special court in the spectrum allocation scam of 2002.
