Santosh Daal Baati Bhojanalaya at Suraj Pol is a good place to enjoy this mouth-watering Rajasthani delicacy. Gatte-ki-sabzi a dish made of chickpea flour is another Rajasthani specialty. The restaurant has a colourful display of nightly fireworks, which just adds to the charm, and the magic of the place. Parantha Hut on Lake Palace Road is another popular joint. On the menu are paranthas with mind-boggling range of fillings. Berry's is another good restaurant at Chetak Circle. To round of an excellent dinner head out to Caf Edelweiss to dig into some of the spongiest and the sweetest cakes, deserts, fresh breads and salads.
