How To Get There?

By Air

The Netaji Subash Chandra Bose Airport at Dum Dum is one of the busiest airports in the country. Several domestic as well as international flights take off and land from this airport. On the international circuit are flights to the US, UK, Singapore and the Middle East.

Metro Rail runs a line to the airport.

By Rail

The two main stations are at Howrah and Sealdah. A large network of trains connects the Howrah station to several cities in India. The travelers cans get to Kolkata train and here there are two busiest Railway junctions in India. One being the Howrah Station and the other Sealdah Junction. From here one can go to all the important cities in the country.

By Road

The other means of getting to Kolkata is by road. The Grand Trunk road (G T Road) connects the city to the northern part of the country covering the states of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and many more. Kolkata is also a part of the renowned Golden Quadrilateral which provides seamless connectivity of the city to the other Metros of the country.
