The no-plan-only-polemics style is most evident in the light of attacks on ethnic, linguistic, religious or racial minorities, be it the Africans, Indians from the North East, the Muslims of Muzaffarnagar or Sikhs seeking justice for &#8217;84. The parties are demanding apologies from each other, and not justice. Why?
