3 tablespoons Soy sauce,1 Cauliflower (gobi) - grated,1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - cubed,1 cup Tofu - cut into small cubes,1/2 cup Green peas (Matar) - (optional),2 cloves Garlic - minced,3 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce,1 Onion - finely chopped,1 Carrot (Gajjar) - cubed,6 sprig Spring Onion Greens - minced
Instructions
