Spot-fixing probe report is on factual findings, Mukul Mudgal to NDTV

Retired Justice Mukul Mudgal, who headed a three-member probe panel appointed by the Supreme Court in October last year, says the report submitted to the apex court is on the factual findings. He says it’s for the Supreme Court to decide which or any part of the report is to be accepted.
